Terms of renting the apartment

• Orders can be sent by e-mail, mail, phone or SMS.
• Stays in our apartment start at 14:00 and end at 10am unless otherwise agreed.

How to book

• You can see already booked apartment dates in the booking calendar.
• Choose the date you want at the apartment and contact us by e-mail, phone or SMS to book it.
• We will fully book your cottage after paying 50% of the deposit - bank transfer.
• 50% surcharge on the rental price - 1 month before arrival - bank transfer.
• Reservation is confirmed by sending a reservation email.

Cancellation Policy

• To cancel your reservation, please contact us by email, phone or SMS.
• Chancellation your reservation more than 1 month before arrival – for free (no fee).
• Chancellation your reservation less than 1 month before arrival - 50% chancelling fee.
